Dirk Schlachter switched to bass after this album - Jan Rubach was originally intended to swap positions with him, but instead decided to leave.
Thomas Nack also left at this point.

"Afterlife" is dedicated to Ingo Schwichtenberg.

A video was made for "Rebellion in Dreamland", featuring the band members and producer Charlie Bauerfeind.
