The Japanese edition on Avalon has a bonus track 'Missing Time.
Relapse Records reissued the album in February 1999 as 'Sol Niger Within 3.33' in a new mix without church organs and "Painful Disruption" but with two bonus tracks:

28. Ooo Baby Baby (01:50) (which is NOT by Thordendal's Special Defects, but taken from Mats / Morgan's "Trends and other diseases")

Track 4 is titled in Swedish and translates to '...and the Star's Name Was Wormwood'.
