The cover art pictured to the top is for the European release of the album through Massacre Records. The US version, released through Leviathan Records, has the version displayed to the bottom. The Japanese version, released through Toshiba EMI, has a slight variation on the American cover art.

Japanese edition contains one bonus track:

13. End of an Era (instrumental) (01:54)

This song is a tribute to Chuck Schuldiner, and was written the same day Gus G. learned of his death.

Re-released through Century Media in 2007 with the European cover art and three bonus tracks:

13. End of an Era (01:54)
14. Fire (Demo Version) (04:30)
15. Destination Forever (Demo Version) (03:28)

The demo tracks feature Toni Kocmut on vocals and Dennis Ekdahl on drums.
