Produced by Billy Anderson.

All music: Jim Bower, Joseph LaCaze, Vince LeBlanc, Brian Patton, Michael Williams.
All lyrics by Michael Williams except "Masters of Legalized Confusion" and "Lack of almost Everything" by Alicia Morgan (13).

Phil Anselmo and Pepper Keenan also assisted during the recording process (co-producing, mixing...) but were uncredited, as the band did not want to exploit their names.

The album was released with two different covers, as the US distributor found the “bondage” cover too extreme for the times. Therefore, the “eye surgery” cover on the left was used for the US version.

Also originally released on LP by Century Media in a limited run of 500 copies.

The album was reissued in 2006 with three bonus tracks:
13. Peace Thru War (Thru Peace and War) (Alternate version) 01:47
14. Depress (Alternate version) 04:06
15. Dopesick Jam 16:04
