CD background is yellow, lettering and motive ("skull" from cover ) black. On the European version the colours are used oppositional.

Trivia:
-Re-issued on January 1, 2003 along with Slaughter in the Vatican as part of Roadrunner Records' Two from the Vault series.
-Frankie Sparcello only played bass on track four. Jay Ceravolo and Vinnie LaBella split the remaining bass duties.
-Some pressings feature minor misspellings of tracks one, four, and nine.
