A video was made for "Thrasher.".
The vinyl version came out as gatefold double vinyl in January 2008. 1,000 copies were manufactured - 900 in black and 100 in red vinyl. Distribution through Earache's homepage.
The limited-edition "redux" version was released 13 October 2008 in Europe and on 28 October in North America. The album was packed in a slipcase, included three bonus tracks, an Enter the Grave patch, a guitar pick, and a two-hour DVD, which includes the entire full-length played live in rehearsal, live footage from the February 2007 tour with Megadeth, interviews and exclusive behind-the-scenes material of the group on the road. The three bonus tracks are:
