There is a digipack version that doesn't have a booklet, though it has two bonus tracks:

Reissued in 2004 under Candlelight Records. It comes with the bonus tracks from the 1999 version, though they aren't mentioned anywhere on album. The reissue comes in a slipcase and includes a clip from the No Mercy Festival tour and a clip from the bands travels to the USA for their only headlining tour in America.
