"Turn to Stone" was announced on the official press release for the Deluxe Edition, issued by Niji Entertainment Group, but was eventually omitted from the album, for unknown reasons.

The first 100 copies ordered from Niji store came with a free bonus CD single, which was sent only to radio stations, the CD isn't available separately, it's tracklist is:

3. Lord of the Last Day (Live 13.12.2002 in New York, The United States) - 4:17

Radio versions of "Fever Dreams (Live)" and "Lord of the Last Day (Live)" contains introductions, which are on outroductions of "Feed My Head (Live)" and "Fever Dreams (Live)" respectively on the Deluxe Edition of the album.
