This is a seperate release from the "Evil or Divine" DVD release.

Recorded live at Roseland Theater in New York City, USA on December 13th, 2002.

Spitfire Records chose to release this performance a few years after the DVD. Dio was no longer on the label at the time and had no input into the release, but he did greenlight it. Simon Wright's Drum Solo and "Lord of the Last Day" have been cut from the DVD's tracklisting and most of the between-song banter has been snipped to maximise the single-disc running time.
