Portrait photos taken at the Øygarden Studio, Bærums Verk, Norway.

Released as a limited edition vinyl, 300 white & 1000 black copies, and also as picture vinyl.
A rare "saw-shaped" CD version and digipak are also available.

Bonus tracks on the Japanese edition:
12. Spellbound (By the Devil) (Live)
13. Tormentor of Christian Souls (Live).

"Raabjørn Speiler Draugheimens Skodde" was intended to be a bonus track for the digipak edition only, but ended up accidentally on all versions of the CD (that's why it is credited on the back cover of the digipak, but not on the back cover of the first jewel case editions).

Re-released in 2002 as a deluxe edition with enhanced multimedia feature with video clip, photo gallery, lyrics and more.

Enthroned Darkness Triumphant (Reloaded) released in 2008 on Nuclear Blast with bonus track & live clip.
Released in 2008 via Back on Black Records as a 2LP.

A video was made for "Mourning Palace".
