"The Ultra-Violence" is supposed to include the "Kill As One" Demo, but this is not the case in the first pressing of the box set. Due to an error by Rykodisc, the tracks from "Kill As One" never appear. The problem was fixed on the second pressing and the bonus tracks are as they should be:
