Recorded as a concept album concerning the creation of the cosmos & the evolution of the human species. Seen in context, the band wanted to distance themselves from both the day's religious-oriented bands (either Satanic or white metal) & those that predicted the end of the world, usually in the form of nuclear war. This was a scientific album, suggesting a bright future for humanity.
