Original vinyl and cassette versions omit track 4, which was the original CD bonus track.

Re-released in 1998.

Re-released, remixed & remastered, and retitled "Return to Metalopolis 2002", by Lion Music, with 2 bonus tracks:
11: 30 Day Due (4:47)
12: The Heavy Guitar Jam (14:32)

"Khazad Dûm" is titled after the bridge in J.R.R.Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings".
The spelling in "Club Ded" is a slight diss at his previous band, Megadeth.

Original cover (top), 2002 reissue (bottom).
