Also of note, Bob Rusay originally recorded his solos for the cover songs but the band was not happy with the results and had Jack re-record them. Thus, since the song ''Hammer Smashed Face'' contained no solos from Bob, this would mark the first Cannibal Corpse recording without an original member, as well as the first recording session with Cannibal Corpse as a 4 piece.
