Stuart Dahlquist presumably plays bass for both bands, since Guy Pinhas left Goatsnake in 2000.

Also, both Burning Witch drummers are present, since their material on this split is made up of previously unreleased tracks from the each of the recording sessions for their EPs. (They would later on be re-released on the "Crippled Lucifer" full-length.)
