Black vinyl, white inner sleeve, 8-pages 10" black and white insert with lyrics and Warhammer drawings.
Earache sticker on back cover ("Play loud" and stuff).
The artwork is taken from a 1988 book called Rogue Trader while the title "Realm of Chaos: Slaves to Darkness" is the name of another Warhammer book inspired by Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000.
Also released on limited edition coloured vinyl.
Reissued in 1995 and 2005. This last reissue by Earache Records has an alternate artwork by John Sibbick, who redraw a similar themed artwork to the original but without any Games Workshop copyrighted elements. The band highly condemns this version and asked fans to boycott it, as they were not involved with the reissue and receive no royalties from its sales.
Recorded in April at Loco Studios.
Mixed in July at Slaughterhouse.
Produced by Bolt Thrower and Dig.
