The album was initially released without the band's knowledge or permission, but later acknowledged as an official release.

Re-released in 1990 by SNC Records for the Russian market, with adapted cover art (band name and album title additionally printed in Cyrillic).
Re-released officially as Disc 1 of Past Lives on August 20, 2002.
Re-released officially on it’s own in 2010.

The original release of this album had Ozzy’s name spelled “Ossie”. This error was (intentionally) reproduced in the 2010 re-release.

Recorded live 11.03.1973 at Manchester and 16.03.1973 at London.
It is still unknown which tracks come from which concert.
