"Dies Irae" band sections composed by Kurt Bachman.
"Dies Irae" concept and general chaotic madness by Doug Mann.

Also released in 1991 by Roadrunner Records. The R.E.X. Records release was for a christian target audience, while the Roadrunner Records release was for the secular audience.

Remastered and re-released in 2005 by Retroactive Records (RAR7790) as limited edition of 1000 units with instrumental bonus track (from 1987 demo):
