Leif Ehrnborg, a then-top class Swedish bodybuilder, posed for the cover of this album, at the Swedish National Opera.

"Nocternal Obeisance" [sic] and "Massacre" are combined as one track on the 2003 reissue CD.

"Enter the Eternal Fire" is present twice on the reissued LP (end of side A and beginning of side B).

"Equimanthorn" was included on the "Gummo" soundtrack.

The track "Call From The Grave" was used in Grand Theft Auto IV: Lost And Damned.
