The limited first pressing contained a bonus audio-only DVD, released in Europe as a Digipak.

The three first tracks are from the Wages of Sin tour. The three studio tracks are Dolby Digital 5.1 mixes.

The European limited 2 CD jewelcase edition doesn't contain the fourth track on the DVD, Exist to Exit. The digipak edition however does.

A music video was made for "We Will Rise", gaining heavy airplay on mainstream media.

The album was also released on LP, limited to 1,000 copies.
