Released by Sanctuary Records on May 6th 2003 in the USA.

Japanese version leaves out the acoustic version of Safe Home and includes The Ramones cover as a bonus track.

Also released as a limited edition CD with a 7" gatefold purple vinyl single that includes the same bonus tracks as the digipak.

Reissued by Nuclear Blast on December 6th 2013 with different cover artwork, the same bonus tracks as the digipak and The Greater of Two Evils as the bonus CD.
