Two versions of this album exist. The uncensored version contained full expletives and the song "Startin' up a Posse". The censored version does not feature that track and in place of the expletive words a buzzing noise is heard (buzzing like bees).

The Japanese edition features a bonus track, 'Madhouse (Live)', inserted inbetween 'Belly of the Beast (Live)' and 'N.F.B. (Dallabnikufesin)'.

Song notes:
Track 1 and 6 are remakes of S.O.D. songs
Track 2 is a collaboration with legendary rappers Public Enemy
Track 4 and 12 are previously unreleased tracks
Track 5 was originally recorded in 1989-1990 during "Persistence of Time" sessions and appears as a Japanese bonus track on the album
Track 7 is actually a remake of the song from their 1987 EP with the same title
Track 8 to 10 appear on the 1989 EP "Penikufesin", which was never officially released in the U.S.
Track 3 and 11 were recorded live in December 1990 during the "Persistence of Time" tour
