This demo was recorded in a studio in Seattle, Washington, April-June 1989. (Music Bank notes argue that thiese recordings are from 1988, though.)

Also re-released on various unofficial releases, among them both the 'Sweet Alice' and 'Heroin' bootlegs.

Tracks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 11 were re-recorded on the Facelift album.
