Cover artwork by French printmaker Gustave Doré (1832-1883).

Re-released on vinyl in 2009 by the German label Eisenwald Tonschmiede with a different cover layout.
Released in two versions:
Die Hard Edition (Eisen 040L): Limited to 100 copies with poster and Agalloch slipmat.
Normal Edition (Eisen 040): Limited to 900 copies with poster.
